- class additional classes
- style additional styles (prefer classes for repeated styles)
- 1, 2 , ... cell content

- outer div has
wst-running-header, - outer div has
wst-running-header-N, where N is n - if no additional class(es) are set with class, outer div has
wst-running-header-default - inner cells have
